  Had a great experience at Longplex Sports Kitchen. The atmosphere is perfect whether you’re there for a game, grabbing food with friends, or just relaxing after a long day. The service really stood out—Marissa, Kim, and Ava behind the bar were all fantastic. Super attentive, friendly, and they kept everything moving even when it got busy. You can tell they genuinely care about the customer experience. Also want to give a shoutout to the manager Steph, who clearly runs a tight ship. Everything felt organized, smooth, and welcoming from start to finish. Great drinks, great service, and an all-around awesome vibe. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to and recommending to others.

  The place is huge and hosts lots of different sporting events, flea market style, and has plenty of amenities. You can walk the track while your kids play.

  Cancelled Membership The facility is clean and the equipment is new. However, the organization appears to prioritize hosting athletic tournaments over serving regular gym members. When routine issues arise, staff tend to offer explanations rather than solutions. As management stated, “You as a member, you are no more important than a dad from out of state here for an hour for a tournament.” That statement reflects the overall priority of the facility. If you are looking for indoor fields or courts for a tournament or a one-day event, this facility may be a good option. However, if your goal is to have reliable access to a gym for regular workouts, there are better alternatives available.

  We enjoyed the tots on the turf but will say the price is a little expensive for what it is plus the floor was super dirty with random stuff. A few things I found were small plastic pieces that were choking hazards. Hopefully they can be more mindful that they’re letting babies run around this area who love to put things in their mouths.

  Longplex Sports Center is hands down one of the best-run facilities in Rhode Island. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place operates at a high standard. The entire facility is spotless ,not just surface clean, but genuinely well maintained. Floors, restrooms, common areas ,everything reflects pride in ownership and attention to detail. The organization is next level. Scheduling is tight, transitions between sessions are smooth, and there’s no chaos or confusion. Staff members are sharp, professional, and actually engaged. They’re not standing around, they’re moving, helping, directing, and making sure every guest has a great experience. You can tell they’re trained properly and held to a high standard. What really stands out is the leadership. The owner is present and visible on site. That matters. When ownership is actively involved, the culture shows, and it absolutely shows here. There’s accountability, there’s structure, and there’s energy. Pricing is fair and accessible, especially considering the quality of the facility and service. You’re not overpaying for hype — you’re paying for real value. Add to that strong availability and flexible booking options, and it becomes clear why this place stays busy. If you’re looking for a sports complex that’s clean, organized, professionally run, and backed by ownership that actually cares, Longplex sets the bar.
