I ordered a set of irons online and I called to try to see if there is time for a salesman to see if the clubs I purchased were the right ones for my swing style and golf game after 20 minutes on the phone with the girl that absolutely did not want to help me and turning in circles and making everything difficult I will be returning my clubs and never stepping foot or purchasing from this organization ever again this is totally unacceptable. You have to fight to try to get aligned on a 2000+ dollar purchase. So many other options out there that go the extra mile to take care of their customer and make sure they’re buying the right products for their golf game

Service was good, it took a while to be helped because they were busy at the service counter but it seems that they only had 1 person on staff so that might be why… They gave me an estimate of 3 days for regripping 6 clubs and they managed to do it in 2.5 days. I appreciated that they had a promotional discount for this service too
