Attached is a picture when I bought them. I didn’t make a big deal because it was the only ones left and I figured it was normal. I come back a week later because they had a black version of the P770. I wanted to exchange them and even pay more to get the black ones but they refused because they deem them “used” which is BS because I tried them there with one of the nice reps that were they who sold them to me. I even took pictures when they were purchased incase something like this happened. Literally within a 6 day window from when they were purchased last week. Won’t come back to this location unfortunately and to lose a customer like this who spends $$ all year round is dumb. I repeat, do not come to this location.
