I used to enjoy visiting Meadows Casino, but after my recent visit, I'm not sure I'll be returning anytime soon. The atmosphere has changed, and not for the better.
I had to go looking for refreshments, which was more challenging than it should have been. When I finally found a waitress, her attitude was disappointing—almost as if I was inconveniencing her by asking for a drink. Considering the amount of money I was spending on table games, I expected better service and a more welcoming attitude.
As a paying customer, you want to feel appreciated, especially at a place like a casino. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. While I once enjoyed the experience, this visit has made me reconsider whether it's worth coming back. Service goes a long way, and unfortunately, this experience fell short.
Been stopping here over 4 years now. By far the best casino from Indiana to the Atlantic Ocean. Great people Great Atmosphere. From people who keep it clean, security that keeps us safe, The Big Dogs that run the show, and everyone in between. The Meadows should be the operating standard for every casino.
Horrible cafeteria experiences. Literally the most horrible idea ever . We don’t leave bad reviews but someone upstairs in the big office has got to figure out something for the people.
It’s already as enough we have to do all the ordering on a machine that everybody has no clue how to work. So . A very horrible experience for myself and about 25 others. WOW. Meadows. -5. If I had to give you a Real Review .
I wouldn’t complain but it happens every time. Every time. But staff was great. Sorry for being honest . But. Someone’s gotta say it.
It's OK, the reason for 4 stars is because of the lack of choices to eat in the cafeteria and wait time between ordering and receiving the food is absolutely unacceptable. They need a better way to call out the orders than having to shoot out a name without any kind of microphone with music playing. Dozens of customers are jammed in a little area constantly walking to the counter wondering if that was their order was called. They need a digital screen (like rivers) so people can look at the screen and see if the order is ready. If there was a screen to view orders the customers would sit down and wait instead of huddleling around the counter looking pissed off. It's been like this since the beginning and I am sure it is not going to change. The management doesn't have to reply back for thanking me for this important input. Nothing is going to change. ☹️

Usually I enjoy this place more than anywhere else but my grandmother the last time we were here had her 74$ voucher stolen and we left our name/number for the security. Well a few weeks went by and they called. Someone had miraculously brought the 74$ voucher back. So we go today to pick it up and play some games but they wouldn't give it to her because her ID had just expired. Even after proving that it was her with social security card, multiple other cards all with the same name on them as well as her players card linked to the ticket itself, the guy at the cashiers desk wouldn't do it. He said some things that were just rude in general. Absolutely unacceptable in my eyes and as soon as I am able to get the voucher back for her we won't be coming back.
