Went to sit down at a table game. “Black Jack” Was told By the dealer Brandi that I wasn’t allowed to play since she thought she knew me and didn’t like a friend of mine she dated. If you see her don’t tip her. She’s a gothic looking chunky girl. Very rude and I not sure who the friend was since I didn’t know her and I was there alone. I’ll plan on taking my playing to other casinos moving forward. Sad to say my Owners club status must not mean much to be treated so badly. Do better meadowland casino!!! Edited: Simce you have investigated it have you fired the dealer that think she owns the place. You’re loosing money from this woman and you are gonna end up closing down for how people are treated here. I’ll be calling the board of gaming tomorrow for a formal complaint.

The kindest words would terrible ! The two older women need a fired immediately! They not only are slow they never acknowledge a women. It should never take more than ten minutes to be waited on ! They look right over you. Example I was waiting, my son came up from behind me, she literally waited on him before me ! They are beyond being retrained. I have experienced too many times there I am sure I am not the only one. Come on women speak up !!! Pop up bar was great. Pizza was good Took less time to order and receive than a drink.
