- SBSpencer BaumJul 21, 20205.0I came to Golftec as an 18-20 handicap. As a former baseball player I had some flaws and bad habits that I was trying to eliminate. With that said, I went in with an open mind as the sports science that's available these days is such a game changer. I took the initial swing assessment and loved all the data and camera's that they have on you. Afterwards, I ended up purchasing a 12 pack lesson package. Sadly today was my last lesson but overall I had an amazing experience over these past few months working with Cavan on my swing. He was a great coach and during this time, I've been able to knock down my handicap 5 pts with more to come! (Just need more rounds) I can't express how much better my swing is now and how awesome this facility is. I came in with BAD slices and SNAP hook misses and have been able to move these to acceptable and playable misses. I've added yardage to all my clubs (ex. 7I carry went from 155 to 175+) and learned so much about MY golf swing. I've recommended this place to all my friends and would do so to anyone looking to improve their golf game. There's nothing better than actual real time visual feedback with professional help. All the lessons get uploaded to their app that you are able to review afterwards with helpful drills to work on. As part of my package I also received a club fitting. This was my first ever fitting which is an experience in and of itself. I know the next clubs that I will be purchasing! Big thanks again to Cavan for all your help!

If you want to get your golf game on the right track you have to be willing to put in the time and money to do so, but these guys do a great job making that a realistic possibility.

Why do I need a Swing Evaluation
The Swing Evaluation gives both Coach and student a clear visual and numerical baseline for both indicating where improvement is necessary and measuring the improvement. We highly recommend the Swing Evaluation for every student, from beginner to competitive player. It allows us to understand your current swing and goals and helps determine the right lesson plan for you.
Are your lessons expensive?
Prices vary by the lesson plan, features included, and region, but they are highly competitive with teaching professionals in each area. However, each GOLFTEC Student will start with a Swing Evaluation which is $150.
Do you teach beginners?
We love teaching golfers who are just picking up the sport! Our coaches understand the unique needs of beginners and know how to make their sessions comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I take lessons at any location?
Absolutely! Your Coach will be able to help you find another Center and Coach. You can also use any GOLFTEC location when you are traveling.
Can I take lessons outdoors?
On-course instruction on specific shots and course management are a great complement to in-bay swing lessons and are offered at most locations.
Will you change my swing?
Changes to your swing may be necessary given your specific golfing problems and goals. We begin with your current swing and work on adjustments to make it more effective and productive.
Does GOLFTEC sell clubs?
Yes. We will order clubs based on your TECFIT club fitting or your specifications if you choose not to have a fitting. With our large buying power and relationships with leading manufacturers, we can sell custom clubs for the same price that you would pay for off-the-rack clubs at many retailers.
How is your club fitting different from others?
Our TECFIT club fitting system provides a precision, agnostic fitting experience. All GOLFTEC Certified Fitters use our advanced launch monitor technology to measure your unique launch conditions. While most other fitters stop there, we utilize our proprietary equipment database of thousands of club/shaft combinations to identify the perfect club configuration to optimize performance based on your swing.
