She was very dismissive and when we had questions she refused to answer and told us to look online for an answer..Even though she did return some of our items it is unbelievable that you can have customer service reps talk to customers like that regardless of the situation.. I would recommend waiting an extra 5 minutes in line to not have to interact with her.
