  I've gone to this bike store a couple times now and my experience every time has been great. This past weekend I went in looking for a new saddle and I was helped by Brittany who was great! She's very knowledgeable and gave me a good recommendation. She also informed me that there is a 30 day trial period for the saddle which was super helpful. Plus she let me know about some of the community rides that Trek organizes, which was really cool. I highly recommend visiting this bike shop!

  Had a rush on a fatbike that had been hung up wet a year prior and needed some love the day before a much anticipated snowstorm. Pete hooked me up. Much appreciated! Now I just have to get accustomed to letting go of my clenching anxiety every time I apply the brakes expecting a squeal that would make every dog bark within a 3 mile radius ;)

  Could not recommend this facility and Brittany enough. She was patient, kind, and SUPER knowledgeable with helping me from start to finish with finding a bike. I walked out feeling confident, excited, and well cared for. Thanks for helping me and answering all my questions Brittany!! Give this girl a raise. Will recommend this facility to everyone!
