You’re better off walking in because the staff is nice but do whatever you can to avoid the incompetent higher ups

The manager Justin also checked in twice to make sure all was well. Definitely will be back again! Also discovered I’m still bad at connect4 with their games in lounge area 🤣

To our surprise we arrived only to find that the doors were locked. We figured since it was still a few minutes before 8 that they were waiting until exactly 8 to open. 8 comes and goes, and we start calling the location, and trying any and every way to get in contact to see what is going on, to no avail. On top of that in our time waiting outside we witnessed at least a dozen other groups walk up to the location only to see that it was close, and totally unresponsive. And of course the cherry on top was everyone was still charged for their reservations despite us never even being allowed in, left in the frigid air to freeze on Christmas Evening. Would in no way recommend this experience/location to anyone. Plus the F1 arcade is right next door and way cooler.

We had a bowling reservation from 8-10 PM and waited outside for over 15 minutes while I made multiple calls with no response. Several other groups with reservations showed up as well. It's extremely frustrating to advertise being open, allow people to book reservations, and then not show up. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
