Spring Gulch RV Resort offers lots of water fun with two swimming pools (one is Olympic-sized and the other is heated), a stocked fishing lake, and a spring-fed lake with a white sandy beach where children build sandcastles. There were multiple campers blocking access at the entrance because it was 12:50 and check in is 1:00. The woman refused to let anyone in without charging the $30 early check in fee. I get "it's policy" but in my 30+ years camping at countless campgrounds I've never experienced this rigid policy. This doesn't happen at family-owned campgrounds, they have flexibility and don't start arguments over 10 minutes. If she knew how to speak to people with any kind of tact she could have diffused the situation but was confrontational and escalated the situation.

Cabin was clean and very comfortable except the beds. They were covered in a plastic mattress cover which make noise when moving around and it made the bed hot. To compensate, we turned a/c down. Microwave quit working but they were prompt in fixing the problem. We will be there again

The mini golf course is really in sad condition and needs to be rebuilt, but it can still be played. Overall a great place to stay
