Less than 10 minutes, we spent $380, not a single bonus. Heading back to them ATM and ended up having to leave (from security) because our dog was in our RV. Full sized bed, food, water, TV, everything.
Pennsylvania law states that no animal or minor can be left unattended in any vehicle without accommodations, we explained he has everything in the truck and offered to show him...they said it's their personal policy.
I went through this with them Thanksgiving '24 and went through it with Perryville, and explained what the law states and why the law exists, both times they were fine with it. They did offer for us to bring him in, if he was a service dog, but we were already inside playing, and didn't want to have to go get him, and he's never been inside a casino before so we aren't positive how he would react.
Added after response: So it wasn't your policy 1.5 years ago? And it's not Perryville's policy? Our dog has more amenities and comforts in our truck than any human does in your casino. It's absolutely NOT your personal policy, or else the security manager would have showed it to me WHEN I ASKED TO SEE IT!!!
And as far as the money goes, I never said I was worried or even upset about it. If you knew the volume of money we spend in Nevada, and California casinos, you'd understand the humor in that comment. In fact just this morning I got $300 free play at Charles Town races, and I've only been there once in my life, and it was the same day I came to your casino (I'm sure you can verify that considering it's a PENN property also). For Christ's sake it's a freaking casino. The only people that go to a casino to win, are delusional, or own it.
I hope you sincerely don't think we'll ever stop there again.
In fact, in light of what y'all did to us, and your response on here, we're considering never going back to a PENN property anywhere.
But you and I both know that's not going to bother you.
