Both were extremely knowledgable and helpful. We settled on a refurbished wide tire bike and also purchased a tow rack to accommodate it. The staff assembled and installed the rack while we waited, and at the same time, explained all the operational details to be safe and to enjoy our new purchases. This past week of riding has been exceptional. We look forward to future dealings with the kind gentlemen at Pedego Harrisburg. Chuck C

When zagster left the area due to COVID I was devastated that I wouldn’t be able to ride bikes around the city anymore. With Pedego here I enjoyed it a lot and it was a great ride! Definitely will be back next Sunday!

The customer service we experienced was excellent. Drew was very patient with us and extremely knowledgeable about everything pertaining to Pedego bikes and all the accessories. We left his shop with our new bike, a wonderful shopping experience and smiles on our faces. Update: our bike has been ridden over 66 miles so far and we love it. We just had it back to the shop for a minor tweak and Drew is still as awesome as ever! Thank you Harrisburg Pedego!
