We called, and the owner Drew drove out, dropped off a replacement bike, and extended our time. The hospitality was remarkable. Next time I am in the area- I will be returning. 15/10

Drew took the time to ask what I was looking for and explain features, differences between models, etc. I took one for a test drive as well.
