  Ordered a burger and fries. Asked for medium on the burger. Many others got there order and finally when mine came it was in a to-go bag. i explained it was OK and proceeded to eat it there. It was burned and the fries seemed like they sat and were cold. Not a fan and not returning for the food.

  Just awful, totally unacceptable service. No utensils were given multiple times upon waitress noticing. Rushed service to see “How is your food,etc. Asked table runner for ranch and he said he will bring it . (Never brought it over as I anticipated) Will never come here again with the awful services

  We had dinner at the restaurant and it was a good experience. The server was friendly and provided recommendations for our food. The chicken wings, fries and my thai entre was really good. I definitely recommend this restaurant for good food.

  Changed from high quality american cheese sauce to gas station melted cheese for nachos and pretzel. To save a penny. Im in food service. Quality is horrible. Loved coming for the nachos. Won't come back with the change. High quality product t It was probably the best I've ever had to getting better cheese sauce from the local fast food joint. In Food Service definitely know that this is not quality product. change it back to what it was..

  The lo mein should be removed from menu. Came in soggy puddle of oil. Not tasteful at all. Couldn’t eat and told waitress who didn’t care. Now See other reviews on the oriental food not good. Service ok but dont check back so end up going to find our own condiments ea time. Wings were overcooked. For the prices, good quality food and service should be top notch. Ate here several times due to minimum options but never a great experience, just ok.
