  Variety of slots. Just dont order food. You'll sit for 20min and when you question where your food is, you're told it wasn't made.

  This casino is way better than Charles Town and has a nice vibe to it. Although there is smoking allowed, plenty of non smoking sections and far enough apart that the smoke still doesn't get to you. We look forward to returning

  Went to cash out my voucher of 564.48. The machine gave me $500 but not the 64.48. I went to the cage and talked with a man (manager with tatoos on his arm, cant remember name) - he said I will be up in 15 minutes : 1hr and 45 minutes later no Manager. Never came , had to go back downstairs and get someone else. Customer service at this place is horrific. They told me they couldnt give me my money because the machine was out of paper. Okay!! Put paper in it. Nope!! Had to wait til the next day. Already was staying at a motel but still no courtesy anything from Hollywood casino. So the next day came and went in to get my money. 2 hrs later and finally got my money. Never offered me any type of offers for making me wait to get my own Money. This might be the worst casino I have ever been at. Terrible managers that dont care at all about there customers. Stay away would be the best choice.

  The coolest thing about this casino is they have these group gaming machines that I have not seen anywhere else across the US. These machines are called quartz. What it does is they have a live stream camera over 3 roulette wheels with live dealers, they have cameras over 3 baccarat tables. The table could be a $100 minimum table live dealer table. But you can sit on this machine and do a $5 bet. None of this virtual dealer, AI generated, virtual game nonsense. The game is as fair as it can be. You're watching the live game, play out, the roulette wheel is spun by a real human. Not some automated air fed nonsense. This quartz machine is very cool. More places need this. The dealers are not just standing around at the tables roulette , or baccarat. If no one is sitting at the table, they still play the game and deal the cards or spend the ball. Because there are players on the quartz tables playing. They have black jack tables Multiple roulette tables They have baccarat (with all of the good side bets) 3 card 7 - 200 to 1 They have dice games craps. They have automated blackjack, and automatic roulette.

  I have gone to this casino many times over the past 10 years and I am becoming increasingly disappointed. They are often closing off many areas. The upstairs betting area looks like a disheveled ghost town. Lines for services are often long and machines dont pay out much. Worst of all.Is the fact that you can't pay cash to buy food at concession stand.. The one good thing is that the staff is very friendly. I must also say that the hollywood races app that they encouraged me to get often freezes as well as the machines in the casino. Now that they have done away telebetting it's very discouraging to go all the way to the casino only to find the machines are out of order.
