Received a survey about my experience with their gymnastics classes. I responded requesting more active teaching, demonstrations, and corrective action for the young children. Management contacted me and informed their teachers are not expected to do those things. If your tiny athlete wants gymnastics support and instruction, they recommend seeking other programs.

We took our toddler here for the first time last weekend and he can’t stop raving about it! He says, “ I wanna go back to the playground”. He had an amazing time on all the bounce houses/slide, trampolines and tumble mats. We already recommended this indoor play gym to our friends and will be back again soon! We were impressed by the cleanliness, organization and large space of this facility. It has so many wonderful activities for all age groups!

Safety Issues! I am extremely disappointed with how this gym handled a serious situation involving my daughter. We attended what was supposed to be a “fun night,” but instead my 12-year-old daughter was verbally and physically bullied by other older kids. When this was brought to the owner’s attention, I was shocked by the response — I was essentially told there was nothing that could be done because the girls involved are regulars and are on the SYC cheerleading squad. That is completely unacceptable. A business that hosts children has a responsibility to provide a safe environment for all kids, not just the ones who are part of their programs. Ignoring bullying — especially when it involves threats — sends a clear message about priorities, and it’s not a good one. I would strongly caution other parents before bringing their children here, especially for events where supervision and accountability should be a top priority. Very disappointing experience!!

Used this venue to host a team party. The staff was outstanding! Very accommodating, flexible and easy to work with, especially given how difficult working with Rec teams can be in some aspects. The facilities are great as well. A lot for kids to do and enjoy that also keep them fit and building friendships. I strongly recommend this place to anyone in the area!
