My family and I spent weeks trying to plan a 30th surprise for my brother, when we discovered this place! we called and got everything booked with in 3 days. The party was a huge success! the staff and servers were so kind, and got us anything we needed. The manager even bought me a drink, nice guy!! thanks to all of them for helping make this a huge success, we all had a great time, including my brother who was very surprised! they even gave us a discount for our next event, and we will sure to return in the future!

We had our holiday party at Lucky Strike Bowling in Feasterville, PA, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! From start to finish, the staff was incredible to work with—professional, friendly, and on top of every detail. The food and drinks were fantastic, and the bowling was an absolute blast. Everyone had such a great time, and the atmosphere was perfect for a celebration. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Lucky Strike for any event or night out! Amber H was awesome to work with!

Visited yesterday with a group of 5, including 3 children. The bowling alley was great, clean, and the arcade is a nice added bonus. Would have given 5 stars, but the service was terrible. Only 15 minutes into our 2-hour booking, we wanted to order food from the kiosk at our lane, but it froze and was unresponsive. Multiple times we asked someone for assistance, either with fixing the kiosk or with taking our food order. Each time we were told someone would be over to help, and no one ever showed. The service really needs to be improved upon. Otherwise it’s great if you’re only going for bowling.

me my brother and boyfriend went last night and it was a rip off. they inform you at the desk that you can pay for a 2 hour lane or a ultimate lane until 11 since it was 8 o’clock at night, we put a card on file and played 5 games in 2 hours. at the end of the night it was $180 for the 2 hours, plus $65 for food. they do not tell you you can play for 2 hours but price varies on how many games you play. not going to return. lady at the desk was not helpful either she did not speak up or say anything about price up until r were done playing.

We decided to go bowling at Lucky Strike last night and our party was extremely disappointed with the service from everyone at that bowling alley. After we got situated in our lane, our waitress helped us out with drinks and was pretty fast about getting them to us. We bowled for a little while and put a few orders in for appetizers, which were also brought out fairly quickly. Things took a downward spiral after that first 45 minutes of playing our 2 hour game. We finished our food, ran out of napkins / drinks and hardly ever saw our waitress again for the rest of the night. After not being able to wait any longer just to clean our hands and refresh our drinks, I had to actually go up to the bar and ask him if they had more napkins. The bartender said “no, but your waitress can get them for you”, how can she get us napkins when she’s not even making regular rounds to our table??? That’s when I told him we haven’t seen her in a while and we had to use the small black drink napkins just to wipe our hands off. Our waitress kept going to the back room and coming back out only to help the bigger parties, we were completely avoided and ignored. When we were finally ready to leave, we put our shoes back and another waitress (not even our original waitress) came up to help us with our bill. She had blatantly hinted about leaving a good tip for our waitress that was “pregnant and working hard”, which is an extremely horrible tactic to use on customers who have been ignored all night (I understand the stresses of working while pregnant, but this situation was easily avoidable and had to nothing to do with her pregnancy, we just needed someone checking in on us regularly, as she should’ve been doing, instead of only focusing on just the big parties; I saw plenty of other staff around, and not one ever checked in on us, we even tried to flag our waitress down a handful of times and we were ignored). Finally, the kicker of the night was when my boyfriend told me the pay screen had no option for a tip smaller than 10%, as a person who has worked in the service industry before this was an insult because she hardly did anything for us to deserve it. Overall, I would recommend going back for the bowling, but the staff really lowered the bar for the rest of our experience, especially knowing how much money we spent.
