We got there at 730 put in a food order at 750 paid upfront to the server and even tipped her before we even got our food, and by 9pm we still didn’t have all the food we ordered! Went to speak to the manager about it and the server tried saying we received the food and ate it all, manager was hesitant on giving us our money back and tried to give it to us on a game card not cash the way we paid!! Long story short I will never go to this place again terrible service terrible management!!!

- FBFrancis BartschererFeb 16, 20262.0Our experience at Lucky Strike was extremely disappointing. As we got to our lane, there were two balls stuck in the lane, which took nearly 10 minutes to fix. As we eventually got back to bowling, promptly the pins got stuck, which meant we needed to get another technician to fix it, which took a long time since we had to ask twice just to fix the pins. When we complained, the manager was very rude, completely ignoring our complaints. We had plans later, and all the delays meant we missed our third game. The experience was difficult and did not deliver on expectations. It was expensive, slow and the manager was incredibly disrespectful.
- KKKarynFeb 8, 20262.0Visited the Feasterville location and although it was clean and the staff was nice (except for having to wait very long cause they were busy) The prices are outrageous for a large family of six. Even with a discount on the bowling for 2 hours and getting drinks (which $6.50 for each soda and $35 for an appetizer sampler come on!) and appetizers cost well over $200. I haven’t been bowling in a while and for these prices probably won’t be for another long time.
