  NO open bowling 6 out of 7 days of the week according to the person at the front desk. If you’re going to turn away anyone not in a league every day but Saturday, at least have the decency to advertise that on your website.

  The bowling experience was top tier. Staff was polite. Helpful and just great overall. I gave 3 stars for the manager. We waited at the counter for 15+ mins to resolve an issue. The employee at the counter called the manager multiple times. The kicker was when the manager walked right by us with zero acknowledgement or care. He was not even 3 feet away and ignored us, in addition to the employee trying to get us the help, and continued to walk to the back of the establishment. I guess after multiple calls on the radio, and even after the requests for help being acknowledged, he just felt it wasn’t worth his time. I guess as long as you don’t need a manager to assist for anything you’ll have a great experience. Kudos to the young man at the counter. He did everything he could to resolve but ultimately couldn’t assist without managements intervention.
