I am just an amateur knowing very little about biking but needed a helmet after receiving a new bike. He helped me try on several, evaluated them for fit, and trouble-shooted to identify one that fit my head properly and safely. Then, he was kind enough to offer me a great deal. I'm shopping on a grad student budget so this meant a lot, but his help and thoughtfulness meant even more. I also felt very welcomed as someone that doesn't know a thing about bikes. Highly recommend patronizing this wonderful shop!
