I initially bought some Keens in size 6 with the help of Steve but after a week of trying them out I realized they weren't right for me so I took them back on 4-22-2026 and after trying different brands, sizes and styles with the help of not only Steve and Calvin but 2 other employees, I settled on the Hoka Transport GTX in size 6 1/2. I am super impressed by the amazing customer service at this store and the knowledgeable staff! I'm not sure how many employees they have but there was always someone coming by to check on me before I could even think about it! I didn't know that this quality of customer service even existed anymore! I became an REI member on the first visit and this will be my go to store from now on whenever I need outdoor equipment! The one year return policy is amazing!
