Not typical for REI so I was a bit surprised. Will chalk it up to seasonal workers. Will be back again and will amend my review if the next visit warrants it. Helmet selection could have been better. But we found a good one that fit well.

I didn’t know y’all had a rock I could try the shoes out on and he recommended bringing the ones I liked over there to try out. HUGE game changer and completely swayed my opinion on some shoes and ultimately led me to finding the perfect pair for me. When I’m crushing the V5’s it’ll be because of Jason.
