- HMHayden Miller5 days ago2.0Been a member for 10+ years. The pestering inside the store has gotten increasingly worse. In there for 10 minutes max, in that time had 5 different employees check to make sure I’m “finding everything alright”, along with 3 of those 5 asking if I’m a member and then proceeding to ask if I’m interested in the rei whatever card. I’m all for customer service, but at a point someone will approach an employee if they need help. Shouldn’t be badgered every corner turned inside the store.
