She saw me looking a bit lost wandering around the backpacks and kindly offered to help. She listened to me, offered to show me how to personalize the fit of a daypack, showed me the proper way to pack it and never tried to oversell me. Julie probably spent a good 45 minutes helping me out and I'd travel the 4 hours again just because of her faboulous customer care.
