She wasn’t helping me specifically, but we were there quite a while so I got to see her interact with a lot of customers and she was amazing! She had a customer who was older, hard of hearing, and English was their second language. She dealt so compassionately and patiently with them. She mirrored the terms they used to make sure they felt understood, and spoke slowly and carefully so they could hear and follow her. She managed a crowded shoe section with ease, keeping track of who arrived when, and giving everyone the attention she needed. She never acted rushed or stressed. I didn’t even interact with her, yet she contributed to my good experience!
