His knowledge of the differences between brands and styles was super helpful and he took the time to listen to what she was looking for and help her find the perfect shoe. No pressure, no rush, just great service. REI's lucky to have him - it's people like him that keep us going back .

We told them where we were going for our camping trip and they were giving us recommendations for things to do around the area. Also, I did set down my purse to try on something and didn’t realize until we were checking out that it was missing. Steve, my savior, came from nowhere holding it up for me. Can’t thank him and the staff enough. Always a great experience!
