Once home I realized the slippers provided no support. When trying to return them I was then told there is no take back returns. There is messsging in their ads that they stand by their products. What does this mean if there are no returns? I will not be returning to this store.

My first time visiting someone helped me find the perfect running shoes for my feet and I have been a repeat customer ever since. Yesterday I was assisted by a superhelpful staff person in the hiking backpack section. She was so knowledgable and helped me try on like 10 backpacks, including going to the back to find one for me, and ensured the fit worked for me. We loaded the backpack with weights and it was perfect. Thanks to their great trade-in for me on my shoes, I ended up paying $37 for a $400 brand new tags on backpack that had been discontinued! They seemed as excited as I was for the steal of a deal I got! Honestly, I think the staff here are more attentive than at the "new items" REI. My only complaint is that I wish they were closer to my house. There are no returns so you don't get that great REI policy but it can be worth it for the savings. I have seen lots of things there that still have tags on or are close to brand new. I think if someone returns something to REI it sometimes ends up over here.
