I drove almost an hour from downtown to trade in a firearm, only to be told that the owner — the only person who can make trade offers — is out of town for several days. I asked if anyone else could give me an estimate, and the answer was simply no. It’s surprising that a business like this doesn’t have anyone else authorized to evaluate trades. It felt like a very basic request, and the lack of a backup plan was disappointing. I left without any help, and honestly felt like long-time customers aren’t much of a priority anymore. I’ve supported this shop for many years, but after this experience, I can’t recommend it. Hopefully they fix their customer service process going forward.
