They were knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything . . . even letting us take short trial laps around their parking lot so that we understood everything. The bikes were in great shape, had front storage bags, one had a rear fender storage rack. There was even a lock in one of the storage bags if we needed it. They seem to have thought of everything. It was a very good time. I highly recommend Pedego Electric Bikes.
