- ALA LiatiJul 9, 20251.0I’m really bummed. I learned this shop would be carrying a new brand of e-bike so I got in touch with Ryan, the owner. He told he would order my bike and follow up. Nothing. After repeated phone calls and texts, no response. And he never seems to be at the shop. I’m sure people have great experiences renting their e-bikes, but if you need follow up and follow through, not sure I would trust Ryan.
