I went to the store today to return and exchange some walking shoes/boots that I had ordered online (size issue). Both of the ladies who helped me in the footwear section were great and Roland at the checkout & return desk was also very helpful in getting all of the documentation in order to do the return and get the size I need ed on order!

Instead of water bottles with filters, I got a box with 2 pairs of shoes. Then trying to cancel the order and then reorder with the discount, using the gift card, and then shipping it to me or the store was taking longer than 15 minutes in trying to get that done. I was also going to have to pay more than the original order. There was a line of people behind me that wanted to get checked out, so I said this is too much of a hassle and said skip it and just cancel the order. The last time I ordered online too things got screwed up and the complete order did not arrive together.
