  I took my nephew, a new golfer, to golf town Laird for an iron fitting. He was looked after by Tim who cut his lunch hour short to accommodate us as we arrived early. The nephew was nervous and struggled to make good contact with the club face. Tim was very patient and even provided swing tips. At the end, Tim was able to gather enough data to make good recommendations. He ended up getting a very nice set of irons but was not pressured to purchase the higher end clubs. During this time I was helped by Shaun for some regripping. Shaun also answered questions regarding hybrids and set me up to try them on the simulator. He helped me understand proper shafts weight. I ended leaving with 2 new hybrids in the bag. Thank you for your help Shaun and Tim.

  TRANSGENDERS BEWARE of GOLF "PRIDE", or should I say lack of pride. You decide if this situation is really poor service or discrimination against the LGBTQ2S+. I am a visible transgender. I ordered a multicolored set of grips to be put on my set of irons. Not only do the different colour grips align with my queer style but also helps my autism connect with the clubs. No one called me to tell me my irons were ready, I had to call GolfTown to inquire. As you can tell from the photo, the grips were put on with zero care for the quality of service. GolfTown left the old glue and tape from the old grips exposed at the base of the new grips. It looks disgusting. Im having a hard time believing that this is a normal outcome for a simple re-gripping of a set of irons. I can't help but feel like this is an act of discrimination against me for being a visible transgender.

  I’ve been coming to Golf Town Laird for a few years now, and it’s always a positive experience. The store is well laid out, easy to browse, and stocked with a wide selection of gear and apparel from all the top brands, plus there are often good sales and promotions. When I order online from this store, it’s seamless, and items are delivered quickly. Returns or exchanges have always been hassle‑free. Over the last month I upgraded my irons with Sean’s help, and Tim did a great job last night helping me choose a new driver shaft. Thanks as well to General Manager Jennifer and her whole team for consistently friendly and helpful service now and in the past. As I plan to play more golf in the coming years and keep my equipment and attire up to date, I’m looking forward to being even more of a regular. Keep up the great work.

  Gulf Town has everything you need under One roof and more. Great customer care with professionalism from the management to the staff members. Much appreciated for everyone's help me selecting a new set of clubs. A easy inn and a easy out access free parking in the plaza there's always parking spaces available very unstressful feeling compared to other plazas has a huge area to park vehicles.

  I went in looking for a driver on Wednesday and was assisted by Edwin. I had a budget and he let me try out newer drivers so I could compare to drivers in my budget, I was so impressed with the new tech. I didn’t pull the trigger on a driver at the time but I’ll be back very soon and even get a new set of irons. He was very helpful and gave me great tips to help my game. Edwin is very knowledgeable, go see him!
