First, I purchased a golf set and bag began ripping while still under warranty. When I brought this to their attention, the staff refused to replace it, claiming it was "normal wear and tear." This explanation was unacceptable, as these bags are designed to last for years and the damage clearly fell within warranty coverage. Second, during a demo event on Sunday, we purchased a driver. The cashier mistakenly charged us $226 CAD for a golf bag instead. The next day, the manager called and asked me to return to the store to pay the difference, stating there would be a "slight price adjustment." That adjustment turned out to be an additional $280 CAD—on top of the $226 already paid. This was a significant overcharge, especially considering the current online price of the driver is $349 CAD. Ultimately, I returned the driver and received a full refund. However, the entire situation was poorly handled. The pricing error was the store’s fault, and they should have absorbed the cost rather than passing it on to the customer. I hope Golf Time improves its customer service and accountability. Until then, I would advise others to shop elsewhere.
