- JHJoey HendrixMar 15, 20261.0Customer Service is near non-existent. I've had multiple experiences to where I have to go so far out of my way in order to get staff's attention to be helped with products. Totally un-called for if you are within the sales/customer service golf field.

Bonus the TaylorMade rep will follow up in a couple months to fine tune my yardage gaps. Fitting was free as I did buy new irons.

I would like to thank Robbie for taking the time to let me do so, and for letting me try a couple of different clubs I was interested in. He explained things very well for me. His service was top notch and very much appreciated. While they didn't have the clubs I was looking for in stock, I did go home and ordered them on-line. Thanks again!
