Through no fault of their own there were some delays and other issues but throughout the whole process the team has communicated well and kept their word on action items. Shea (?) and store manager Jake in particular went above and beyond. Will continue using GT with confidence and highly recommended going to Kanata for a great customer experience.

- LPLucas PellegromsAug 23, 20253.0Had an issue with a piece of equipment purchased from here which was followed up by a miscommunication with an associate while attempting to find a resolution which made the situation more difficult to resolve. Where things initially seemed to be at odds the manager was able to assess the situation and seek my input to make the best of a tough situation. While the overall interaction wasn’t the greatest for me im sure it wasn’t for them either and the manager was able to remain neutral and focused on finding a mutually satisfactory resolution. Equipment issues happen, miscommunications happen, but it is really good to see that the store was able to handle it promptly and professionally.

Makes sense I would head to Golf Town in Kanata. Walked in and headed straight for the shoes, browsed around for about 15 minutes, and started to pull some pairs to try….seems like golf town doesn’t carry size 12 in any shoe I was interested in ;-) Also, the guy in charge of helping people with shoes was more interested in talking to fellow employees than try to help. I stayed in the area for a good 30 minutes, with few to no other customers, but seems like he did not wanted to talk or help me…. browsed a bit more….with no luck….all to say, this experience was lack lustre at best…time to go back online to try my luck….cheers.. UPDATE (Aug 12, 2025)- I had a chance to visit the Golf Town in Barrie, Ontario. Vastly different service. I actually had someone interested in helping me. Thanks to the staff that gave me some advice and help locating the shoes I was interested in. Thumbs up….time to hit the links….
