- AAAubin77xSep 21, 20252.0I went to Golf Town to buy clubs, shoes, shirts and a glove. Unfortunately I'm very tall and I need equipment and clothing made for taller individuals. Golf Town had no stock of longer clubs, and said it would take over a month to have anything extended. They don't carry any long sizes of shirts, or if they do, I couldn't find them. They don't carry size 13 shoes. I was told to order them online if I wanted that size. When I ordered them online I received one 13 and one 12 in the box. I returned them, and was told to try again. I ordered the same pair again, and received an email a week later saying my order was cancelled. Golf Town never offered me a discount or deal to help with the situation. And while most of the staff were very friendly and polite, I'm still without any clubs, shirts or shoes for golf. I will be actively going out of my way to avoid spending any money at Golf Town in the future.

Oct 12/22 - Called the store, no one had any details Oct 19/22 - Called the store, was told that the driver was being built and expect to be shipped on Oct 21 and to arrived by Oct 28/22 Oct 31/22 - Called the store, was told again that the driver was being built!!! Ask them to confirm with the manufacturer when the driver was being built and shipped and to call me with this information. From my experience it is apparent that Golf Town puts no priority on Customer Service. Next time I will be going anywhere but Golf Town to purchase golf clubs.
