- TMToby Maiuk5 days ago5.0I had my first golftec lesson with Will Dempster today in oakville and the knowledge he has is very apparent from the get go. A few swings in and he could pinpoint the issues I have right away. Within the hour he helped me fix my slice and turned it into a fade in the opposite direction and I gained about 15 to 20 yards on my 7 iron. I didn't know I could hit a fade lol. Obviously there is some practice that comes with this as well but I am very impressed on how good he really is at his job. Definitely sign up with him if your looking for the right guy to help you fix your game. Thanks again Will I am very happy with the lesson.

As a senior golfer he suggests exercises that can help with my golf swing. He always asks to see if the lessons are making a difference.

The voice-over you receive as part of the lesson is very valuable as you can go back and review for your practice sessions in future. Short drills are assigned to help with notes that are provided after your lessons. In addition the use of Skytrak provides in-depth data to pinpoint the strong and weak points in your swing. System is unparalleled, wish I knew of it years ago! Try it, you will improve your game!

Why do I need a Swing Evaluation
The Swing Evaluation gives both Coach and student a clear visual and numerical baseline for both indicating where improvement is necessary and measuring the improvement. We highly recommend the Swing Evaluation for every student, from beginner to competitive player. It allows us to understand your current swing and goals and helps determine the right lesson plan for you.
Are your lessons expensive?
Prices vary by the lesson plan, features included, and region, but they are highly competitive with teaching professionals in each area. However, each GOLFTEC Student will start with a Swing Evaluation which is $150.
Do you teach beginners?
We love teaching golfers who are just picking up the sport! Our coaches understand the unique needs of beginners and know how to make their sessions comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I take lessons at any location?
Absolutely! Your Coach will be able to help you find another Center and Coach. You can also use any GOLFTEC location when you are traveling.
Can I take lessons outdoors?
On-course instruction on specific shots and course management are a great complement to in-bay swing lessons and are offered at most locations.
Will you change my swing?
Changes to your swing may be necessary given your specific golfing problems and goals. We begin with your current swing and work on adjustments to make it more effective and productive.
Does GOLFTEC sell clubs?
Yes. We will order clubs based on your TECFIT club fitting or your specifications if you choose not to have a fitting. With our large buying power and relationships with leading manufacturers, we can sell custom clubs for the same price that you would pay for off-the-rack clubs at many retailers.
How is your club fitting different from others?
Our TECFIT club fitting system provides a precision, agnostic fitting experience. All GOLFTEC Certified Fitters use our advanced launch monitor technology to measure your unique launch conditions. While most other fitters stop there, we utilize our proprietary equipment database of thousands of club/shaft combinations to identify the perfect club configuration to optimize performance based on your swing. Clubs fit and built to your unique swing DNA will lead to greater consistency, distance, and confidence on the golf course.
