  I went into the store looking for a mini-driver and spoke with Ed. He was fantastic! He was clearly passionate about his job and with helping me find what I needed. He listened and provided a great customer experience. He was the best and most helpful person I’ve dealt with there and l will definitely go back because of him. Thanks Ed!

  Excellent customer service provided by Jenine! Not only was she extremely attentive she also provided excellent recommendations for golf shoes. She made our experience seamless and has a great amount of knowledge. Keep up the great work!

  Best experience I could ask for! I was approached by Andrew (Master Club Fitter) who helped answer my questions whether to go with a graphite shaft iron set vs steel shafts. He then offered to have me take swings in the practice booth, went over my stats with me, and gave me objective advice which I truly appreciated. While I had to run, he even offered to have me back to try out other combinations. This was truly a great experience and I am looking forward to coming back into the store for my golf purchases!

  I visited this Golf Town to buy my very first set of new clubs. Having never set foot in a Golf Town before, I was looking forward to the experience, but it was honestly a massive disappointment. Despite the store being nearly empty when I arrived, the service was non-existent. I first asked a customer service rep for assistance and was completely brushed off. I then approached another staff member who told me he’d be with me in a minute after finishing with his current customer. I was happy to wait and spent about 25 minutes browsing the store. However, once he finished, he looked right at me and immediately proceeded to help a different person who had just walked through the front door. To be left hanging in an empty store where no one else even bothered to check on me was truly a terrible experience. I ended up leaving and driving all the way to the Whitby location. The difference was night and day; I was helped as soon as I walked in and successfully purchased my new clubs there. Save yourself the headache and skip this location—go to Whitby where they actually value their customers
