The lineup was long but not only that, the technician handling the desk early morning was getting agitated. The manager currently on duty, Ryan, was able to pick up on this and assisted where he need be. The vibe in the workers and the line changed and things started moving faster. He also helped deal with specific issues my club had. It was a pleasure giving them my business here after that hiccup in the morning. Thanks Ryan.
