  0 star, if possible. I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Golf Town Markham location. I placed and paid for an online store pickup order for a women’s hybrid club, but the store repeatedly told me they had no record of my order, despite payment already being charged. Because I live far away and was worried the item would sell out, I traveled all the way to the store anyway. At the store, staff were largely unhelpful and dismissive. An employee named Jasmine said she had never seen this issue before and did not know how to resolve it. Even after I showed proof of payment, I was told to buy the same club again and contact customer service myself for a refund. No manager stepped in to help. Due to time constraints, I ended up being charged twice for the same club. I was also left waiting at the counter for over 30 minutes for a headcover, only to be told it couldn’t be found and given a different model instead. Throughout the process, I felt ignored by staff. This experience showed serious system issues and very poor customer service. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was handled badly from start to finish.

  So we went to purchase an entire set of clubs not one sales person asked if we needed assistance, after 30-40 minutes wandering around after going to the counter at the back 5 minutes wait for someone to come he looked on line for us but not available still didn’t ask us if there was another brand, we like to look at or needed help Very disappointing store Markham you need to do better Side note please fix your handicap doors as well out of the 3 only the exit one worked being in a wheelchair was difficult to manage.

  I recently visited Golf Town in Markham and was impressed with the exceptional service I received from David at the Golf Centre. He was incredibly patient and professional, taking the time to address all my questions and concerns. His kindness and expertise made my experience truly enjoyable. I'd also like to commend Jay, the store manager, for his outstanding leadership and quick response to my issue. He was understanding, efficient, and ensured that my problem was resolved promptly. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my visit and appreciate the excellent customer service provided by David and Jay. Thank you for making my golfing experience so positive!

  Zero Star if I can do. They sent me wrong size and then they said that you go to other location. That's it. Nobody takes responsibility about their fault and nobody feels sorry or apologizes. Wow golftown. You don't have customer service training for your employee, do you?

  My home Golf Town. The service is excellent. JJ and David have always been wonderful and the pro shop staff has been super helpful for years.
