  During Black Friday I ordered the golf bag (from another store) my husband wanted and put it out of my mind. When I opened the box 2 days before Christmas only to realize it was the wrong one, I was so frustrated. At this point I knew that the other company could not make it right before Christmas so I went to Golftown. Not only were they beyond kind and gracious, but when I explained what had happened they made sure to box up the bag so I was ready for Christmas. They truly saved me this year and their compassion has made me a customer for life! Thank you London Staff for being so so great!

  Great service. I will edit this when I find out the employee’s name, however. He helped me greatly to try out many types of clubs in the simulation. The guided me on which ones would work best for me and gave me a great deal on a used driver. I will be back for more clubs as soon as I find time.

  Went in to this location to discuss a new set of irons, and was met with two amazing salesmen. Unfortunately I forget the name of the first Gentleman, however the name of the other was Jeff. Jeff was extremely helpful and kind with getting me sorted out, and provided me with exceptional service. Both men provided amazing service and helped me remarkably
