The GolfTown on the other side of town has a much nicer layout as well as extremely friendly staff. I had an iron head reattached and when I came back a couple days later they lost my club and took almost an hour to find it. Just seems unorganized and unwelcoming unfortunately.

I bought some new spikes for a pair of golf shoes. Miguel gave me an awesome recommendation. he took the time to explain how to change them with the tool it cane with and gave me a live tutorial ( very well knowing I would have YouTubed it when I got home) he was soft spoken, kind and his communication skills were above and beyond. Being a new golfer and not knowing what to expect or how to ask certain questions clearly. He took the time to listen, make suggestions in a non pushy way. He asked what my name was, shook my hand and said if there is anything else, to ask away. The customer service I got from him blew me away and was above and beyond.
