- KDKevin DeFeb 15, 20261.0Bought 12 grips online from Golf Town. Brought in my clubs and also purchased a new driver. It took a week, fine no big deal. I pickup my clubs and the driver grip wasn't changed even though I specifically said that I wanted it changed and had 12 grips for 12 clubs. They didn't even return the extra grip that I had paid for and paid for installation. They put a new grip on after I complained but now I can't use my driver for 5 hours and I specifically booked a sim. So disappointed. It really takes the excitement out of getting a new expensive club. Do better. I'll chose a different golf store next time.
