    It was okay. Very clean, great selection of golf clubs, but clothing seemed limited compared to other golftown stores I've been too. Cheerful staff too. Everyone saying hello when they see you.

    An amazing driver fitting with Scott. I was nervous going in to the fitting but Scott made me comfortable & at ease. Scott listened to what it was I was looking for, took the time to assess my current driver and make sure the new driver was perfect for me. I will definitely be recommending Scott to others for fittings.

    I just went to Golf Town Waterloo for a "fitting", I put this in quotes because it wasn't so much a fitting as it was an employee trying to sell me clubs. The "fitter" (in quotes because I don't believe he was at all qualified") never introduced himself, didn't ask me anything about my game, ie handicap, tendencies ect. The first question he asked was "how much do I want to spend" and "do I have any preferred make." While I was hitting balls he would ask how the club feels but never actually listened to my answer. I would ask a question about the numbers on the screen but get no answer because he was off doing something else. Twice I was in a conversation with him and another employee interrupted to ask him a question and he ignored me and dealt with the employee. In a club fitting I expected to discuss and try different grips but his didn't come up until I asked at the end. I wasn't able to try different size grips, only feel them on a sawed off club. I also expected to try different lies but again, wasn't brought up until I asked at the end. If you are looking for a professional fitting experience, do not go to this Golf Town! Needless to say, I will not be buying my new irons here.
