  Nice golf town, I’m just getting into golf and Ethan walked me through everything I needed to get started. He was knowledgeable and super chill.

  Aug 21/19 While shopping I Had to go and find a sales assistant to help me after visibly waiting in the women’s club area for 5 min or more Once a floor staff was found he gave good assistance. Moved on to the cash where I was served by a young man with dark hair wearing a blue shirt. He answered the store phone at the same time as he started to ring my purchase though . He continued to have a full conversation with the person on the phone about club grips. He attempted to scan my purchases as he continued his phone conversation. At this point I was annoyed enough that I took moved to the putting area allowing him the space to have his conversation. I felt like a very undervalued customer and frankly more of an object than a person. A few minutes later he slammed the phone down and different clerk finished the transaction. This was substandard service. Which will effect my future Golf Town shopping.
