    Was a great selection and the staff were all helpful when I was purchasing during the holiday season, the line moved quite quickly. I just had a wonderful experience on the phone now though, as I could not find the gift receipt for a gift I bought for the life of me. The woman on the phone was so helpful, looking for my purchase in a number of ways. Then, as I bought it while I was visiting home, she organized to have a picture/scan of the receipt be emailed to me.

    Terrible experience with this golf town. Called ahead to reserve the gen 5 pxg waited on hold twice. Finally they said they had one and that they would reserve the club aside for me under my name. Drive an hour to the golf town location just to show up and have them reserve the wrong driver all together at a much higher price. Turns out they didn't have the one I wanted and they screwed up. Instead of resolving the situation by either ordering me one custom or just getting the shafts swapped out from a regular to stiff for the inconvenience. Instead, they try to up sell me and sell me a different brand driver at a higher price. Not happy at all.

    I went into golf town ready to spend some money on a set of clubs. Had a gentleman named Grant, come up and ask me if I needed help. This man loves his job and is very informative saved me a lot of money. I would highly recommend anyone looking to get started in the game or experienced golfers look for grant. He knows his stuff.
