- SGShakirah G1 day ago5.0Decided to ring in the New Year at Bowlero. My group and I had a fabulous time from entry all the way to the end of the night. Our lane and snacks were ready as soon as we sat down and our server (Ellie I believe) was so attentive. The lane manager was also very sweet, especially since we had a slight issue with our ball conveyor, she was able to resolve it very quickly. I would definitely recommend booking a lane and enjoying your night!

We did just show up on a Saturday night but they clearly have a wait list that was easy to join with a QR code and the weight was a lot less than what they indicated which is always a nice added feature. Andy served us the food and drinks and was quite helpful with getting us set up at the lane. My kids had a great time and we went for buy to get the third round 50% off special they had. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful experience and we will be sure to return again!
- MFMoya FabJan 4, 20261.0I visited Bowlero with my sibling and friend in January 2026, and the manner in which the security guards approached us upon entering was very off-putting (mind you, we are black). Their tone and attitude made us feel immediately uncomfortable as soon as we walked through the door. Establishments should ensure that security staff are properly trained to treat all guests with respect, regardless of race. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this location. One star because I am very disappointed with the conduct of the security team.

I was a little worried it would be too boring and staid and was considering "Cosmic bowling" but Bowlero had a fun party atmosphere and was exactly what we were looking for. We were accidentally served a sampler platter and so got to try their food. It was excellent, and when we got back, we'll definitely order their food. We had a few reasons to request help: stuck pin, raising the barriers, and every person we spoke to, was pleasant and friendly. We also saw a couple of birthday parties so that's a cool idea for those looking to do so.

He FOUGHT us about a discrepancy from THEIR OWN STAFF and wouldn’t honour what we were told via the website AND from a phone conversation with their staff. Honestly? Truly disappointed with how he handled the situation and I feel bad for all the staff that have to work under his lack of leadership. TO TOP IT OFF, he had the AUDACITY to kiss his teeth when we ended up paying MORE money to play. Disgusting behaviour and I wish him nothing but the worst!
