My family and I had an extremely disappointing and unfair experience at Bowlero. We purchased the unlimited games package and were assigned to Lane 24. The group on the lane next to us (Lane 23) was drunk and constantly hitting balls into our lane, making it impossible for us to enjoy our game. Instead of addressing the people who were actually causing the problem, the staff—and even the manager—came over and stopped our game.
What made the situation even worse was how the manager handled it. They were rude, dismissive, and showed absolutely no respect or professionalism. Even after we patiently explained that we hadn’t done anything wrong and that our game had been completely disrupted, we were told there was “nothing they could do,” and no refund or compensation was offered.
To make matters worse, the staff called security and acted as if we were the issue, even though the real problem came from the lane next to us. At one point, the security guard even damaged the lane equipment.
This entire experience was unacceptable—from the mismanagement to the disrespectful behavior of the staff. Our family outing was ruined for no reason, and we were treated unfairly despite being the ones affected by someone else’s behavior. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a professional or enjoyable experience.

We were playing a game, and on the side lane there were some people playing very badly. They kept hitting the balls into our lane again and again. A staff member came over and ended up blocking our game, and then the security guard even broke the lane afterward.
We went to ask for a refund because our game was completely spoiled, but the manager—who was one of the people involved—spoke to us very rudely. Even after we explained the situation, they said there was nothing they could do and told the security guard to close things down.
This was a very bad experience for me and my family. I’m extremely upset, and the manager’s behavior showed no respect at all.

We went to Bowlero and bought the unlimited games package on 15 November 2025. We were playing on Lane 24. The people on Lane 23 were drunk and misbehaving, and they kept disturbing us.
Instead of stopping the people who were causing the problem, the manager Zoheb and staff stopped our game, even though we did nothing wrong.
When we went to the counter to talk to the manager and explained that our game was ruined for no reason, they did not give us any refund or compensation.
Someone else made the mistake, but our game was stopped and our experience was spoiled.
Then the manager Zoheb even called security and told them to remove us from the place, even though we were not at fault. He totally refused to refund our money and bad behaviour.
This whole situation was very unfair, disappointing, and unprofessional. If your are not taking any actions against this particular person then we will take this matter to further extent might involve press or media if we have to. Thank you
***Side note to the management. Beware of a Phillipino woman running a scam in your establishment usually on the weekend when its busy. She approaches people, sits down at your table (uninvited) and pulls out box from her bag with bunch of lies written in sharpie on the lid of the box, telling you about typhoon "chartiy". Its not a charity - its a SCAM, nor that she should be soliciting in the establishment that sells food and drinks in the first place anyway. When you ask her to tell you about this "charity" she gets angry and walks away.
***Note to the management: please check the cameras I was at the lane 40 at 4:58pm on Nov 15th - Saturday. She sat with us (univited) and scammed my cousin guiltilted him into paying money. I said NO, but she made him feel so uncomfortable begging, that he ended up giving in and giving her cash.
On a positive note, its a clean and organised place! Manager was amazing and understanding! She is very kind and professional. She tried to catch a grifter but "charity" scammer fleed. She was wearing brown hat, brown pouch bag where she keeps the box that she scams with.
Loved the atmosphere and all the staff (cashier for the game sale, bar).
I won't let that ruin my experience and still rate this place as 5 stars, just warning the others. The establishment was great, they can't control scammers take advantage of it being busy and people being sneaky.

This is absolutely not the place to bring your family. The bowling lanes constantly malfunction, and you’ll spend half your game trying to fix them yourself because there’s no staff willing or able to help. The so called manager a short Indian guy with a beard is completely useless. His answer to every question, even the simplest ones, is “I don’t know.”
The entire experience is frustrating from start to finish. The staff show zero care for customers, and grown adults are treated like teenagers. Meanwhile, kids run around freely, even stealing bowling balls from other lanes. I thought the bad reviews were exaggerating until I experienced it myself.
Save your money and go to a proper bowling alley in Vaughan or Rexdale instead. This place is nothing but stress, poor service, and wasted money. Honestly, Bowlero Brampton is on track to go out of business if this is how they treat customers. Avoid it at all costs.
