Complete waste of time unless you literally have no other option. Half of the bowling lanes were out of service when we arrived, which already shows how poorly this place is maintained. To make things worse, they asked us to squeeze into a lane wedged between lanes reserved for a birthday party, which made the experience loud, crowded, and completely unenjoyable. The management clearly doesn’t care about customer experience, and the lack of maintenance is obvious. Customer service was disappointing and unprofessional. A place charging people to bowl should at least make sure the majority of their lanes actually work. This place needs serious improvements in management, maintenance, and customer service before it deserves even the single star I gave it. Honestly, the only reason to come here is if you enjoy wasting your time.

In case management views these reviews, I would like to start my review by mentioning that your front of house staff are wonderful to deal with. They provided excellent hospitality while keeping the environment fun. That said, management needs to give more support to staff. The bar running out of supplies around 9 PM on a saturday is not only an inconvenience to your patrons but a massive loss in revenue for your business as a whole. Again, I need to stress how much your front of house staff hold down the fort. Offering alternatives that still make the drink delicious even though it doesn't have traditional ingredients. Wonderful time with mechanical staff providing very quick technical assistance when necessary. Will come again but hope the front end staff receive the resources they need.

We had a very disappointing experience at Bowlers Brampton last night. The lady working at the customer service desk during closing time was extremely rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly told us—twice—that all slots were fully booked until closing and did not seem interested in helping us at all. We waited around 20 minutes, looked at other games, and then approached the desk a third time. Her attitude was still dismissive. What was especially upsetting was that she gave a slot to another customer just before we approached the desk again, after previously insisting that everything was fully booked. As paying customers, we expect fair and respectful treatment. Customer service should operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and all guests should be treated equally regardless of their race or background. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and helped us secure a slot. We truly appreciate his professionalism. However, this experience has left a negative impression, and unfortunately, my friends and I do not plan to return here at all. I hope the management addresses this issue and ensures that all customers are treated with respect and fairness in the future.

Charging a reservation fee just to book a bowling lane is ridiculous. Customers are being asked to pay extra money before they’ve even stepped inside and the fee isn’t even applied to the total bill. There is no reasonable justification for charging people simply to make a reservation. If the concern is no-shows, then charge the fee only when someone doesn’t show up or cancels last minute. Plenty of businesses manage this without nickel-and-diming their customers. An upfront, non-credited reservation fee feels like a cash grab, plain and simple. This policy leaves a bad first impression and honestly makes me less likely to return. A bowling alley shouldn’t feel this unfriendly or exploitative before the game even starts.
