  Avoid this place if you actually want to bowl. We visited this past weekend, and it was easily the worst bowling experience we’ve had to date. This venue feels like a casual restaurant that happens to have a lot of lanes, rather than a functional bowling alley. The main issues: Malfunctioning Equipment: The lane was constantly glitching. Pins wouldn't reset properly, and the equipment would randomly reset at times as we bowled. Indifferent Staff: When we reported the issues to the counter, the staff showed zero interest in helping. They took our lane number but never showed up. When I tried to offer feedback on my way out, the employee literally wouldn't even listen. Completely unprofessional. Cramped & Congested: There are 40 lanes packed tightly together. When the place is full, you have absolutely no personal space—it’s incredibly uncomfortable and overcrowded. I can’t comment on the food since we didn't order any, but as far as bowling goes, the maintenance and service are bottom-tier. Save your money and go elsewhere.

  DO NOT GO HERE!! The staff was disrespectful and unkind and seemed racist!! The manger “Luis” is arrogant and instead of solving the issue at hand or having a conversation like an adult…kicked us out while trying to reason with him and have a conversation. They also switch there policy and served alcohol with pic ID. IM 100% sure the reviews must be fake i have heard nothing but negative reviews about this location. AVOID!!!!

  We had a really nice time. We were able to get a lane as soon as we walked in, and were able to play 3 games at our leisure. Our server, Maya, was great! She made sure we were taken care of and always checked in. It was a fun time out with the kids.

  We go for bowling as a company a few times a year because all our employees love it. We were there yesterday and for the first time we had catered for food. It all went well. The manager was good. The servers were really good. They all checked on us at all times to make sure everything was going well. Bella and Keana helped us a lot … they look like they really like their job… service was very fast. They were extremely polite…. They gave us good recommendations…. And gave us a really great souvenir to give to the person who the party was for…. We were thinking of something creative to give the person that completed 40 years… but couldn’t think of anything. But I’m glad they give us a great option… 100 % coming back. Even the director at their head office is extremely helpful and generous.

The bowling lanes are well-maintained, and the overall setup is smooth. There’s also a good selection of arcade games, which adds variety if you don’t want to bowl the whole time. It’s a great place for group outings, birthdays, or casual weekend plans. Food and drinks are decent — nothing exceptional, but good enough for a night out. Service can vary depending on how busy it is, but staff are generally friendly and helpful. The only downside is that it can get quite crowded, especially on weekends, and prices are a bit on the higher side compared to standard bowling alleys.
