- MWMike WestDec 23, 20251.0Brutal service….club repair person was rude and obnoxious, kid doing service in clubs was good, cashier was abrupt and rude, manager couldn’t have resolved issues any worse…one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had…will order online from now on…not sure what the issues were, but you need to get your act together or else
- BObaylee ouwensOct 29, 20251.0Only been to this location once and definitely won’t be back. I was in the store shopping for Christmas gifts, hoping to find some need equipment. After walking around for 10-15 mins, being passed by multiple employees, no one offered to help or asked if I need assistance. I tried to get the attention of two different employees and was ignored the whole time I was in the store. I guess I didn’t look the part to be served today. Ridiculous.

- MBMichael BertulliAug 18, 20251.0Have been to this location a dozen times and never fails to disappoint.. club building section is never staffed and always waiting 15+ minutes to speak to someone and they never have the proper Information. Sucks that there are not many club builders around. Other than that the products are always just terrible in store and better off purchasing direct from manufacturers anyways. Also hate to name drop but a guy named Glen that works there is mega unprofessional.
