  Went in with a friend and was met by a very friendly entire staff. Michelle helped my friend locate the club he was looking for and made sure that even if not in this location that she would get it there right away. Great customer experience with Michelle as well as the rest of the staff, as always in this location!

  Gio and Michelle was of great help when I couldn't determine which golf set to purchase for my wife (a beginner). They gave me the pros and cons of all the sets and settled on a set. They didnt push for higher sales number, only what was good for my wife and budget. Bravo to the team at Ancaster. Thats why I keep shopping there.

  Michelle provided excellent customer service. Very friendly, I recommend shopping at the Ancaster location. Dylan in the club area was also very helpful. Thank-you guys my clubs are great .

  Came to the store hunting for a Callaway Elyte 3 hybrid. Young gentleman at the back helped, but wasn't able to find one in store.. there was one in inventory but couldn't be located. He then went to find one at their other stores. During this time, the manager Michelle who happened to be working on her day-off overheard our conversation and she stepped into action. Had staff continue looking for the one on inventory while trying to secure one from another location. In the end, after scouring the whole back room, they were able to locate it.. Wonderful customer service from management and staff.. Been shopping here for years.. never disappointed.

  I have been in the retail industry for many years and this golf town has both impressed and disappointed me. I was greeted by ONE welcoming staff member, Graeme. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. This is the FIRST time I've been greeted upon entering this Golf Town which I've frequented many times. So nice to have met Graeme and am so glad he's joined your team! Keep up the good work and hire more people like him!
