  Marc 15/26 Went in with 1 club, 1…. Wanted an inch taken off my driver and a new grip I was told it would be 10 days! It’s a 2 min job. I drove to 30 mins to Burlington and it was done in 2 mins. Great staff in Burlington! This is the second time staff at Ancaster were just lazy and Burlington did the job without attitude or issue. It’s disgusting customer service. Mike Giroux

  Not overly friendly. Wasn't helped or asked if we needed assistance. Looking at clothing and they didn't have a huge size range available. We ended up leaving without anything.

  I recently visited Golf Town Ancaster and purchased a few items. The products and pricing were excellent, and I’m satisfied with my purchases. The issue was with the store manager (a male with a beard). When I asked if there was any flexibility on pricing, he responded dismissively, saying things like, “Do I look like I can make a deal? You should talk to the brand,” and commenting that I was already getting good deals. He then put another employee on the spot in front of me: he said, “You know who you should go to for a deal? This lady,” and turned to an employee who was busy cleaning the floor, asking, “Do we do any deals?” She did not respond, and he then concluded, “We can’t do any deals, right?” This created an uncomfortable environment for both the staff member and me. A simple, respectful explanation that the pricing was final would have been sufficient. Experiences like this help explain why some staff here may seem unenthusiastic, as reflected in other customer feedback on Google. Leadership sets the tone for both employees and customers. Good managers support their team and treat customers with respect. Unfortunately, that was lacking here.
