- JBJordan BernsteinFeb 3, 20261.0The Tulsa REI bike repair shop has damaged my brand new expensive mountain bike wheel in their 4-hour attempt to put a tire on, which is a 10-minute task for any capable bike mechanic. It was excruciating to watch them break 5 tire levers and dent my rim due to incorrect use. Additionally, gears were shaken out of my wheel over the trash can and put back together incorrectly. I recommend anybody looking for a capable bike mechanic to go somewhere else unless they want their time wasted and bike damaged
