  Nice casino but they only have one bartender so it takes forever to get drinks. This weekend we stood in line for ten minutes to get a beer and a couple walk past everyone in line sat at the bar hollered for the bartender by name she stop serving the customer standing at the bar to go over and take the order from her friend's served them and then came back to the line of patrons. Some patrons walked away I let her know that was not right to do that. I was there with 3 other people waited in line to find out then I can only purchase two drinks so the other two guest had to go stand at the end of the line to get their own drinks. The food court spots are way over priced the workers had attitudes and the food was greasy soggy and we threw away.Probably wont ever go back. I can lose money at any casino but to lose money and have bad customer service on top of that is a no for me.

  Horrible place i never ever hit a jackpot and ive been going there for 4 years . Lmao they take ur money like literally i bet 5 dollars and higher with hundreds and never ever hit played about every game would not recommend this place all it does is piss you off and take ur money like you dont work hard for it ur better off burning ur money than going in there 🤷‍♀️

  This is a terrible place to take your money. We all know, you lose when you gamble. But this place is outright disgusting. Took over $1000 (Been there 3 times in that period) over the last month and hardly any line hits or anything. You don’t even have the fun you’re looking for. Also, after losing $1000+ I only earned $0.86 in free play. I’ve NEVER even received a free drink. If you live in the area and want to gamble, Do yourself a favor and drive 50 minutes to mountaineer. You play more on your money and you actually get comps. Match play, free rooms, dinners, drinks. I got 1000x more for playing on $200 at mountaineer than I did on $1000 at Hollywood. I will never waste my money here again. Since it is ran off Ohio lottery, you’re truly better off buying $200 of scratch offs.
