Heard multiple people complaining in the line to player services about the wait time. It was not an issue with me, I have a bit of patience. I found the ladies/employees (visited twice) to be friendly & well informed. The food court seemed well stocked, but not the greatest selections or varieties of foods. Staff members helpful. Player services could use some help as we usually visit Hollywood Casino, Washington PA. THAT casino is larger & their perks & free play are the BEST in our area (that would include The Rivers, Pgh & Live!, Greensburg) Other players here seemed friendly, bar was busy (a Steeler game in progress) so the staff seemed stretched. Security guards at entrance...well..it's a boring job (mostly), but could use something to make them smile! (They are after all your 'Greeters') What we won we put back into the machines (I know we paid at least one employee's salary for the week!)
