  I like Hollywood Gaming a lot‼️😁 The workers are friendly and extremely helpful. I won $271 once and $36 another time. I lost $300 one year, lol. Anyways, I plan to go back soon and update my address and see if I can win a fortune ‼️Or at least a couple hundred‼️💯🎈🥳💓🩵💓My favorite thing about this casino is it's NON SMOKING atmosphere--- I give them 5 stars out of 5

  Cool place to go for a night out. Spend time (and money) on the slot machines, grab a bite to eat at Wahlburgers or at the Sportsbook or Take 2. On Saturday night they have a live band playing in the H lounge. A great time and a great place to spend with friends and/or your significant other.

  This place deserves 0 stars. Our group was denied access because the attendant at the front did not believe we were the same people in our ID photos. If our ID is ran through a machine and passes that should be the end of it. Why would someone at the age of 51, 54, and 30 need to be in posession of a fake ID. We drove over 51 minutes to come here. Yet, while we are waiting for a manger, not once were the white people coming in asked to show an ID. They were told to go right in. This place is definitely racist and should be avoided at all cost. The people who work here are rude and unprofessional. We have been to many casinos in other states. Never have we experienced anything like we did today.

  Had never been here so decided to go with my husband and his friend. Went on a Sunday afternoon. Place was PACKED. Guess I should have expected that. There was a line at the cashiers where we had to get our players card but it moved quickly and the staff was pleasant. Wandered around a bit checking out the machines. Found a few unoccupied to play. Spent about an hour and a half there and in the end husband lost about $90, his friend lost $20 and I won $130. Fun experience all in all. Next time we go i will definitely try for a less busy time though.

  I drive from Cleveland to come to this casino OFTEN , I ALWAYS use my ID on my phone for them to scan . This time I came the 2 ladies wouldn’t allow it as soon as I pulled my phone out they stated “we can’t take it from your phone” I said I ALWAYS use it on my phone when I come here and never have an issue. They stated well we need the actual id . I typically don’t carry it because everywhere I go I use it on my phone. Is that not the whole point of it being in your wallet on your phone? I never have an issue. I won’t be returning.
