  Blue Dolphin Pools in Warren/Howland, Ohio, is the best place to go for all of your pool/spa needs. They are very knowledgeable, and they take the time to listen and help with your needs/issues. I made the mistake of going elsewhere because of convenience which not only caused issues in my pool, it cost me financially thousands of dollars. Also, I bought devices from them with warranties that were not warrantied when needed. Loved the people but not worth the money to keep going there. Blue Dolphin does not increase prices, nor do they sell unnecessary products for the pool claiming they are needed. I am upset I took convenience over quality. I will never do that again. I will drive for quality! Blue Dolphin has quality and good prices! Thank you Blue Dolphin! Love you all there!

  We live in Monroe, Michigan. Our desire was an inground salt fiberglass. Not many companies in our area to chose from. We called Blue Dolphin and Ryan came to our home, showed booklets and took our deposit. We were on our way. We were due for install April but Blue Dolphin didn’t make it until August due to a very rainy season. They got the job done and we were able to swim a few times before having to close for year. Now the second season: really our first: The company came and opened us up. Within just a few months we noticed a lot of rust forming on the stairs. Come to find out it was the wrong kind of stairs for a salt pool. Just a month after that the pool cell began flashing on the control board. I did my research and found the cell is warranted for only three years. I texted and called. No response. My husband drove to Oregon, Ohio location. No shop to be seen. I texted and called more and more. I’m sitting on a cell with a three year warranty that was installed a year ago even though we swam only a few times. Texted and called more. NEVER A RESPONSE YET THE REVIEWS INDICATE THEY ARE OUT THERE INSTALLING POOLS. A RUSTED STAIR ON A $56,000 POOL AND A CELL STILL FLASHING. ALL OF THIS INCLUDING I TEXTED SOME TIME AGO ABOUT CLOSING FOR THE YEAR AND STILL NO RESPONSE. THIS COMING FROM A FAMILY WHO KNEW THE PRIOR SEASON FOR THIS COMPANY WAS NOTHING BUT RAIN SO I GAVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF DOUBT AND RECOMMENDED THEM TO A DOCTORS FAMILY AND A LONG TIME FRIEND BOTH OF WHICH SAID THEY PHONED AND PHONED AND BLUE DOLPHIN NEVER RETURNED THEIR CALLS.

  Great family owned business that stands behind their product. Let me first say that with our family, anything that can go wrong usually does. We purchased our pool and had it installed. Of course right away our liner was leaking. We think at this point it was a manufacturer defect in the liner. We are first time pool owners and the crew at Blue Dolphin went above and beyond to remedy the problem to put our minds at ease. They have gained a life long customer. Their products are well below competitors prices and their service is unbeatable.

  This was our first season using Blue Dolphin. They made it their mission to get our pool cleared up. Amazing service and great results. I'll never go anywhere else again. Best pool supply store in the area.
