  So we went to Hollywood Casino to enjoy a birthday dinner at the final cut. I have not been there in a while so we thought we give a try. We were not very impressed with the service. It took longer than espected for our drinks. The food was okay but I felt it was on the salty side as did my fellow dinner guests. We all felt that even though the server was very nice that they could have been a little more attentive. Unfortunately we will not be going back anytime soon.

  Racist place they won't serve drinks to people of color..but will ask someone sitting next to you not of color if they want a cocktail..just look at the winners circle..go to MGM..or greektown if you want good service and a friendly atmosphere...

  Had a fun time,spent a little bit more than I wanted but did get to play any game I wanted.not crowded at all.

  Tight machines and staff was far less accommodating than I would like to deal with. No wonder it was almost empty. Parking area is 6 foot clearance and one lane entrance into the garage so if you have a truçk over 6ft tall leave it at home or make a mental note to not use the main entrance of that parking area. I will never go there again, no matter what's going on

  Ever since Penn took over the promotions, I haven't been invited or offered any promotions that would typically get me in the door to play. A $5 or $10 slot play, birthday slotplay, or sending me big six numbers or other promotions in the mail typically drew me in and then I'd play. I get tons of promotions everywhere else EXCEPT this casino. So I barely play anymore. I've lost almost all interest and excitement here because of that alone. I used to love going but when Penn took over, I'm gonna say it hasn't felt the same. Seems like they put priority on drawing new people in rather than keeping regular paying customers. And last year the most drink stations often times had missing items like straws, lids, sugar or creamer. Tea bags should be there too and not have to hunt someone down and tip them for tea bag. I honestly would come back and play more if those things changed.
